The following offers you some advice, hints and tips for the care of your vehicle now that it has been treated with ‘A’Glaze. DOS AND DONTS - Always use clean water to wash your vehicle.
- Always make sure that sponges, cloths and leathers have been thoroughly washed and all dirt and grit removed.
- Always use a proper car wash and wax shampoo. We recommend Wash ‘n’ Shine Shampoo.
- Never use household detergents, i.e.: washing up liquid on your paintwork.
- Never scrub hard on your paintwork to remove stubborn marks.
- Never polish dirty paintwork. Always wash vehicle thoroughly prior to polishing.
- Never polish in direct sunlight or in very hot weather conditions.
- Never use compound or cutting polishes. We recommend U-Glaze Clean Cream.
GENERAL WASHING - Rinse vehicle thoroughly first, to remove loose dust and grit.
- Use a clean sponge and Wash ‘n’ Shine Shampoo to remove any road film or more stubborn marks.
- Rinse thoroughly for the last time to remove any lingering dust and shampoo.
- Dry the vehicle using clean synthetic leather, rinsed regularly in clean, warm water.
POLISHING Although it is not necessary to polish a glazed finish you may polish your vehicle if you wish, which will only serve to enhance the glazed surface.
