Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We're committed to selling the finest quality products that we know you will enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them and be sure to also read the label before use. We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the invoice which will arrive with your delivery, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If there is a fault or problem with the product then please make us aware of this as soon as you receive your delivery, we recommend that when signing for your item you sign for it as ‘contents unchecked’ which, in the rare circumstance that something is wrong or damaged, assists us in liaising  with the carrier. Should the above term not be used then it is assumed that you have checked the delivery and are signing for it in a perfect state.

 Cancellations

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivered item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification or to goods / products which have been used.

To cancel, you can must email or write to us using the information on the contact us page of the website within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

 Cancelling an order before despatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

 If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep.

Returns

 To return an item or request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, with your order / invoice number.  Items must be returned in there original packaging and in an unused state.

Any products which are found to be used, unless faulty will not be returnable. 

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned goods or cancellation of an order a refund will be made via the payment method that was used to make the original purchase i.e. via Worldpay for website orders or refunded direct to your card for telephone orders unless otherwise specified.
